A highly regarded law firm based in Belfast City Centre is searching for a diligent Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team team in Belfast.
Your New Role
As the Private Client Solicitor you will advise individuals on a broad range of private client matters, including:

- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Trusts (creation, administration, and termination)
- Powers of Attorney / Enduring Powers of Attorney
- Inheritance Tax and estate planning strategies
- Elderly client matters and capacity issues
- Managing a varied caseload from initial instruction through to completion
- Drafting legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail
- Providing clear, practical, and empathetic advice to clients
- Maintaining strong client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser
What You Need To Succeed
As the Private Client Solicitor, you will;
Be a qualified Solicitor with at least 1 YR PQE with experience in Private Client law, such as wills and estate planning.
Work as part of a broader private client team.
Have strong communication skills.
