We’re delighted to be representing a boutique Cayman Islands law firm in their search for a conscientious Corporate Administrator to join their dynamic team on a fully remote basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to put your stamp on the corporate compliance function within the firm, managing critical administrative tasks whilst ensuring that corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory operations run smoothly.
As this is a fully remote role, you will have the opportunity to meet with the rest of the team once a year either in Florida or Cayman, and all travel expenses will be fully paid for and covered.
As the firm is based in the Cayman Islands and you will be working remotely from the Northern Ireland, the hours of work will be from 11am to 7pm.
Your New Role
As the Corporate Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of corporate administrative functions, supporting business operations, maintaining compliance, and coordinating with various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support, including document management, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Corporate Governance: Assist in maintaining company records, regulatory filings, compliance with corporate governance requirements and entity management..
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal teams, auditors, and regulators.
Regulatory Compliance: Keeping up with ever-changing regulations and ensuring the firm / company compliance.
Project Management: Support corporate projects by managing timelines, resources, and documentation.
What you’ll Need To Succeed
As the Corporate Administrator you will;
- Hold at least 3 years of experience in corporate administration, with a strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and business operations.
- Have stellar organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently whilst working on an autonomous and remote basis.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Corporate Governance (preferred but not mandatory).
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and corporate management systems.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion.
