Corporate Governance: Assist in maintaining company records, regulatory filings, compliance with corporate governance requirements and entity management..

Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal teams, auditors, and regulators.

Regulatory Compliance: Keeping up with ever-changing regulations and ensuring the firm / company compliance.

Project Management: Support corporate projects by managing timelines, resources, and documentation.
