We’re partnering with a top offshore and international law firm, searching for an ambitious Corporate Lawyer (Associate - Commonwealth qualified), to join their mainstream corporate team in the Jersey office.

The three partners in the Jersey corporate team are some of the leading corporate lawyers in Jersey, and the team has a broad mix of local and international experience and backgrounds. 

Your New Role

In your new role as the Corporate Lawyer (Associate – Commonwealth qualified), you will be joining the largest Corporate Practice in the Channel Islands – which is a cornerstone of the firm’s legal services offering.

In becoming part of the Corporate team, you will advise on high-profile and cutting-edge transactions within a supportive team environment that has a strong focus on technical excellence and outstanding client service.

What You Need To Succeed

As the Corporate Lawyer;

• You will be commonwealth qualified lawyer with 1-5 years' post qualification experience.
• Have corporate experience in a leading corporate or commercial firm.
• Dealt with a variety of corporate matters, such as; Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Joint Ventures (JVs) and Company Re-structuring’s.
