We’re partnering with a top offshore and international law firm, searching for an ambitious Corporate Lawyer (Associate - Commonwealth qualified), to join their mainstream corporate team in the Jersey office.

Your New Role
In your new role as the Corporate Lawyer (Associate – Commonwealth qualified), you will be joining the largest Corporate Practice in the Channel Islands – which is a cornerstone of the firm’s legal services offering.
In becoming part of the Corporate team, you will advise on high-profile and cutting-edge transactions within a supportive team environment that has a strong focus on technical excellence and outstanding client service.
What You Need To Succeed
As the Corporate Lawyer;
- You will be commonwealth qualified lawyer with 1-5 years' post qualification experience.
- Have corporate experience in a leading corporate or commercial firm.
- Dealt with a variety of corporate matters, such as; Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Joint Ventures (JVs) and Company Re-structuring’s.
