We're conducting a market search for an ambitious commercial litigation solicitor in Belfast, to join a leading independent commercial law practice in Belfast with an excellent team of solicitors. Your New Role

As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with this prominent and successful law firm you will:  

Responsibilities;

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters including contractual disputes, shareholder/partnership claims, injunctive relief, debt recovery and insolvency-related litigation.
• Actively engage with clients to provide strategic and practical advice around dispute resolution. 
• Play a key role in supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of the team.
• Prioritize client needs, delivering exceptional service while ensuring a positive client experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues across to foster a collaborative working culture and joined-up service.
• Embrace and contribute to the firm's culture of innovation, commercial awareness and high standard of client care.

What You Need To Succeed

As the Commercial Litigation Solicitor on the Dispute Resolution & Litigation Team;

• You will be a qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland, England & Wales or ROI, with 2-8 years PQE + handling commercial litigation cases.
• Demonstrable experience in managing disputes within the commercial sector.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent client service and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with strong commercial acumen.
• Self-motivated and committed to professional development with an appetite for innovation and growth.
