We are working with a leading offshore law firm operating in multiple jurisdictions including London as they search for a corporate lawyer for their prestigious corporate team in the Cayman Islands. Your New Role

In your new role as a Corporate Associate, you will join a prestigious corporate team in the Caribbean that advises on all aspects of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investment funds, regulatory taxation, economic substance and listings on the Cayman Islands stock exchange. You will be able to cover the full spectrum of commercial transactions, include international equity offerings, IPOs, joint ventures, private equity work and cross border mergers and acquisitions.

What You Need To Succeed

Qualifications:

• You will be a Commonwealth qualified solicitor with 3-5 PQE + years of experience in corporate law (corporate transactions such as M&A, capital markets and finance) from a top tier commercial/corporate law firm
• Strong academics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
