Your New Role

As a Structured Finance Associate within the successful and highly collegiate Finance Team you will advise on a wide variety of capital markets and structured finance products and related issues such as;

• CLOs
• RMBS, CMBS and other securitisation structures
• Fund-linked structured fund products
• Repackagings
• Lending platforms
• Debt issuance programmes

You will also work very closely with the other finance practice areas within the firm to ensure clients receive a premium service. 

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Between 3-5 years' post qualification experience in finance (with an understanding of debt capital markets, structured finance and securitisation transactions) 
• A traineeship and experience gained within a top-tier- law firm in Ireland, the U.K., or internationally
• A strong academic background, with excellent written communication and drafting skills
• Excellent technical knowledge and skills and a strong commercial awareness
• A strong work ethic and highly organised
• A commitment to building a legal career in structured finance
• The ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues and work well in a team environment
