We are delighted to partner with a popular regional general practice as they search for a Conveyancing Solicitor to join their expanding Belfast team. Your New Role

In your new role as the Conveyancing solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a full range of house sales, purchases and re-mortgages - dealing directly with clients, taking instructions and handling their transactions from start to finish. You will also handle other areas of property law, such as dealing with leasehold and lease extension work, equity release transactions and ensuring compliance with SDLT requirements. You'll work independently with your own case load, while also benefiting from the support and experience of other conveyancing solicitors within the firm - offering a great balance between autonomy and collaboration. 

What you’ll Need To Succeed

You will be a qualified Solicitor and ideally have 3Yrs+ PQE+ and experience in residential conveyancing at a local or regional law firm. Our client is, however, open on PQE level.

You will have excellent interpersonal, communication & organisational skills.

Be able to manage your own caseload and work to deadlines.
